Dubai has revealed a plan to build floating holiday villas more than two miles off the coast. The project, named “Floating Seahorse,” features underwater bedrooms and bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows from which guests could have fabulous views of the marine life. 

The whole project is expected to be completed in 2018, and there will be over 125 floating villas linked to a man-made archipelago in the Persian Gulf.
